Food is grilled in the grilling chamber at temperatures ranging between 160-260 °C. The advantage of this method is that food doesn’t get burnt. Food can be cooked or kept warm on the griddle of the grill which is placed on the fire chamber (where available). You can also use a rotating arm and a suspended pot which you will find in our Accessories section. The wok pan holder and the wok pan make it easy to prepare wonderful side dishes to go with your grilled meals. Gentle grilling of food in the grilling chamber at low temperatures (90-160 °C). The food grilled remains juicy and doesn’t get burnt. This is the most commonly used method with the BBQ Smokers. At temperatures ranging between 180-260 °C, it is very easy to bake excellent bread or pizza. By closing the regulation flap on the chimney and letting a minimum amount of air into the grilling chamber or the smokehouse (in the case of large models), smoking is very easy. The ideal temperature ranges between 30-90 °C. Classic grilling method used for preparing food on hot coals in the grilling chamber.
